Fashion Week?

With the US economy swirling down the toilet, the last thing on my mind is fashion. But alas, it is Paris fashion week, and the beautiful who's who-ses of the world have flocked to the City of Lights to bear witness to the spectacle. That being said, I can certainly understand that fashion is a reflection of society. What's more, many people make their living in the various fashion fields from textile development to pattern making to, of course, designers and models.

I can appreciate all that. But when I have to wonder whether I'll ever be able to own a home or if I'll be able to send my kids to college, the last thing on my mind is finding the right shoes to go with this ...








I'm just sayin'.
